the room was less than immaculate, with items under the couch—so very embarrassing when guests drop by. also, the heater was useless, I expected to be wrapped in warmth, not a thin blanket. Perhaps a complimentary upgrade woudl ve been nice, but alas, no one bothered to offer it. I almost thought to leave a glowing review, but alas, I just couldn't.

Appreciated the cookies and milk as well as the filtered water dispenser in the lobby.

During my stay, I found the box springs had stains, which was quite off-putting. one of the bedside lights was flickering annoyingly, making it difficult to relax. The kitchen amenities were severely lacking—a proper cutting knife would have been a bare minimum.

Family with children acceptable

The shower had strong water pressure,, and hot water when we needed it. The location was great for getting to food and shopping,, very handy for our event, which was a real plus!

It wasn’t inexpensive,, but still acceptable for what we got.
